This screen allows a user to place a wire transfer request to transfer funds to a recipient’s account maintained in other bank.
Steps to place wire transfer request
1. Login to (IRIS Digital Banking Application).
2. Click Wire Transfer Request sub menu under Payments and Transfer/ Business and Transaction Services -> Wire Transfer menu.
3. Select the account from which you want to transfer funds.
4. Enter amount of wire transfer.
5. Select recipient. System auto populates recipient details.
6. Enter date of wire transfer request.
7. Select schedule i.e. one time or recurring. If schedule is recurring select frequency and enter expiration date if applicable.
8. Click Submit.
System displays wire transfer request details and an appropriate message stating the request has been placed successfully.
Note:
•When from account is a selected system display the available balance in account.
•Wire transfer request can be placed for same day or for a future date.
•The source account is not immediately affected when wire transfer request is placed.
•Bank Users would process the wire transfer request manually on the fedline.
