Add ACH Recipients

This feature allows a business user to create recipient details under a newly created ACH batch or existing ACH batch for the purpose of making or collecting payments through ACH.

 

Steps to add ach recipient details

1.   Login to (IRIS Digital Banking application).

2.   Click Add New Recipients sub menu under Business and Transaction Services -> ACH transfer menu.

3.   Select ACH batch under which you want to add recipient details.

4.   Enter Recipient Name.

5.   Enter Recipient’s identification number.

6.   Enter Account Number of recipient.

7.   Enter Amount to be debited or credited to recipient’s account through ACH.

8.   Enter recipient’s routing number.

9.   Select ACH transaction code.

10.  Enter addenda if applicable.

11.  Click Submit.

System displays newly created recipient details in ACH Recipients screen along with an appropriate message.
